This familiar idiomatic expression borrowed from instructions commonly found on bottles of shampoo and hair conditioner is used to indicate that a certain pattern of behavior will, inevitably, occur again – usually despite furious claims that it won't.
If you surmise that the worst is over and that lockdowns, quarantines, social distancing, and masking are things relegated to the past and that society is finally returning back to normal, consider this. When this Covid thing started over two years ago, it started in China. The whole world watched as videos from this Communist-controlled country somehow leaked out showing people suddenly dropping dead in the streets and residents being forced to stay in their apartments. As a result, fear was instilled in the minds of many.
So have you seen what's going on in China AGAIN?
Führer Fauci declared that you use lockdowns to get people vaccinated but what difference does that make? CDC Director, Rochelle Wallensky has already stated that the vaccines don't prevent people with Covid-19 from transmitting it to others. So why bother vaccinating? Why require a "vaccine passport" in order to participate in society when the CDC Director stated that the jab cannot prevent transmission?

Yes, "they'll just keep doing it." The lockdown currently happening in Shanghai, China is a likely indicator of what will happen to the rest of the world in the future. Fear has worked in the past and the instilling of fear will work again in the future. The objective is not one of health but one of control. The powers that be want to control your life by your voluntarily submitting to their mandates. If voluntary does not work, then enforcement becomes necessary as has already occurred in some parts of the world. If anything, know this. This is ultimately a spiritual battle for your soul.
"He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name. Wisdom is needed here. Let the one with understanding solve the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666." Revelation 13:16-17
The talked about "vaccine passport" is the vehicle that enables someone to fully participate in society. The passport is the precursor to the mark of the beast which occurs in the future. People's minds are being conditioned to not question anything and to simply obey authority as we head toward the future where there will be one, worldwide government, one religious system, and one economic system where no one will be allowed to buy or sell unless they worship the beast and take its mark on the right hand or forehead. We are living in what the Bible describes as the "last days" and we are fast approaching the fork in the road where you must make a choice as to your destiny. Either keep depending on the world to provide for your needs and submit to its commands, or learn to obey and lean on God for His provision in your life. The choice is yours.
"So then, don’t worry saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ For the unconverted pursue these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
